The timeline depends on your project’s complexity. Quick graphic tasks like web banners and social images can be completed in a day. More intricate projects like landing pages or illustrations may take a bit longer. Need speed? Chat with your account manager. They will prioritize tasks and send them over for urgent work.

Can I cancel my plan?

You are the boss of your design plans. Feel free to cancel whenever. Just contact your account manager, and they will take this. The hours left in your plan will be stashed away for 3 months if you want to use them later.

What are your working hours, and how do you manage different time zones?

We operate on Indian Standard Time (IST), working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST. But we're all about your convenience. We schedule calls based on your time zone for seamless communication and updates.

Can I request just a single design?

Absolutely! At DesignBox, we're all about flexibility. Whether it's a single design or more, you can pause your subscription once your request is fulfilled. We're here to make sure you optimize your subscription without wasting any days.

Which services are covered, and do you do development?

Our services include full-stack design - from UI/UX, marketing design, motion animation, graphic design, video editing, and more. You get a creative resource as per the subscription plan you choose.
You can pause or cancel at any time. We don’t dabble in full-stack backend development, mobile app development, or coding outside of WordPress or Webflow. We keep it simple and supercharge your design needs.

What if my initial design doesn't meet expectations?

We're all about alignment. Enjoy a 3-day free trial to ensure we're on the same creative wavelength. Plus, unlimited revisions to nail the design you want. Your dedicated resource will collaborate closely, making tweaks until you're satisfied.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand design needs can fluctuate. When you have fewer requests or need a break, contact the account manager, and we will pause. It stops your billing cycle, and you can resume whenever you like, utilizing the remaining days.Please note the shelf life of your leftover hours is 3 months.

How do cancellations work, and are there refunds?

We don’t offer refunds, but you can pause your service. We offer a 3-day trial for each company to give you peace of mind.
Quality takes time, and our designers immerse themselves in your company and industry to deliver top-notch designs. Cancel your plans anytime, but there are no refunds due to the significant effort involved in design work.

Is there a limit to design requests?

No limits here. Put in unlimited design requests. Our account manager will get the lowdown and assign them to the right designers, whether for graphics, illustrations, UX/UI, or whatever you fancy. Your dedicated designer is human and can tackle requests only one at a time. But we're all ears if you need more velocity, volume, or hands on deck. Get in touch with your account manager. 

Are there any designs you won't do?

Yes. We prioritize quality; some tasks are best for specialists or in-house teams. Currently, we don't take on:
